Good day. Today's video Forged in Fire is on the topic of: Think it not strange concerning the fiery trial that is to try (discipline, prove, tempt) you. We are forged in fire on a daily basis; whether it be chastening (correction) of the Lord for our good or temptations placed in our path by the enemy, our adversary the devil, or in tribulations, afflictions, and persecutions; how will we respond? Will we respond in the Spirit holding fast the profession of faith, seeking first the wisdom from above so we are able to rightly dividing the word of truth and discern between good and evil, that we may know where the fiery trial is coming from; or will we react in the flesh, leaning to our own understanding and wither in the time of trial, not knowing the truth of where the fiery trial is coming from? The trial of our faith works patience (constancy, endurance, patient continuance); so, let patience have her perfect work, that you may be perfect and entire, wanting or lacking nothing (James 1:3-4). Character is forged not only in good times, but in times of trial (testing, proving, trustworthiness) as well; how are you going to handle the trials? And our God is a consuming fire (Hebrews 12:29); he wants to purify us through the truth, his word is truth; and his word is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart (Hebrews 4:12). He will prove the thoughts and intents of our heart whether it be good or bad, for or against him; and he will bring correction for our good if we are willing and obedient to hear and receive it. Our Lord learned obedience by the things which he suffered (Hebrews 5:5-10) and it is the same for us. No chastening for the present seems to be joyous, but grievous: nevertheless afterward it yields the peaceable fruit of righteousness unto them which are exercised (trained) thereby (Hebrews 12:6-13). 1 Corinthians 3:11-15 For other foundation can no man lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ. Now if any man build upon this foundation gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, stubble; Every man's work shall be made manifest: for the day shall declare it, because it shall be revealed by fire; and the fire shall try every man's work of what sort it is. If any man's work abide which he hath built thereupon, he shall receive a reward. If any man's work shall be burned, he shall suffer loss: but he himself shall be saved; yet so as by fire. (KJV) So, brethren, we can patiently and faithfully endure all things through Christ who strengthens us and suffer for righteousness’ sake being forged in fire by God our Father for our good, or we can suffer for unrighteousness because we did not endure the fiery trials in faith and patience, and thus suffer the consequences, even that of being condemned to the lake of fire, eternal damnation; which fiery trial do you want to suffer for? Today's video What Happened? is on the topic of: What happened to Job is explained, and what can happen to us as well if we are not watching and praying in the Spirit always, being sober and being vigilant, because our adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walks about seeking whom he may devour (1Peter 5:8). Satan is the accuser of the brethren (Revelation 12:10-11); going to and fro in the earth, walking up and down in it, seeking or listening for an opportunity to steal, kill, and destroy. Fear is the greatest thief if allowed to enter into the heart and go out of our mouth by our words. Fear, confusion, and doubt are not of God, but of the enemy (satan, the devil); and if he can influence us to speak words of fear, confusion, and doubt then we have given him a door of opportunity to enter in and begin to steal, kill, and destroy our faith or our life; which is why we are to watch and pray always, being vigilant, and examine ourselves if we are continuing in faith, speaking words of faith for ourselves and for others. By our words we shall be justified (free) and by our words we shall be condemned (pronounced guilty) (Matthew 12:37). Death and life are in the power of the tongue (Proverbs 18:21). Our words will determine our world around us, our outcome; they let others know where our heart is, and sadly as well as the devil our enemy. Whatsoever we shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven, and whatsoever we loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven by our words. So let us examine ourselves, what is in our thoughts and heart (out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks), what words are we speaking, are they death or are they life; and if they are not in line with the word of God (life), for the words that he speaks to us are spirit and they are life, let us put our hands to our mouth and be quiet and seek our Father in heaven for forgiveness and for his guidance and counsel to bind the devil and take back with the Spirit of Christ that which is rightfully ours given unto us by our Father in heaven through his Son Jesus Christ our Lord. God already knows the thoughts and intents of our heart (Hebrews 4:12). By his grace (Jesus Christ) he has NOT given us the spirit of fear, but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind (2Timothy 1:7); he has given us the whole armour of God (Ephesians 6:10-18) that we may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil (against the principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places); he has given us of his Spirit, Christ in us the hope of glory, his wisdom and power to tread upon serpents and scorpions, and over all the power (influence) of the enemy (Luke 10:19), and nothing shall by any means hurt us; he has given us all that we need to overcome the wicked one. Now all we need to do is humble ourselves and cast all our care unto God and let him do the caring for us so that we don't end up speaking words that may put us on the devil's turf so to speak. Job 1:1-5 There was a man in the land of Uz, whose name was Job; and that man was perfect and upright, and one that feared God, and eschewed evil. And there were born unto him seven sons and three daughters. His substance also was seven thousand sheep, and three thousand camels, and five hundred yoke of oxen, and five hundred she asses, and a very great household; so that this man was the greatest of all the men of the east. And his sons went and feasted in their houses, every one his day; and sent and called for their three sisters to eat and to drink with them. And it was so, when the days of their feasting were gone about, that Job sent and sanctified them, and rose up early in the morning, and offered burnt offerings according to the number of them all: for Job said, It may be that my sons have sinned, and cursed God in their hearts. Thus did Job continually. (KJV) Read the rest of Job chapter 1 to see what all befell him. Job 3:25-26 For the thing which I greatly feared is come upon me, and that which I was afraid of is come unto me. I was not in safety, neither had I rest, neither was I quiet; yet trouble came. (KJV) Read Job chapter 40-42 on the Lord’s rebuke, Job putting his hand to his mouth at the rebuke of the Lord, and then the tender mercy of the Lord, and the restoration of Job and all that he had lost and more. Brethren, give heed; Behold, we count them happy which endure. Ye have heard of the patience (endurance, patient continuance(waiting)) of Job in his affliction, and have seen the end of the Lord; that the Lord is very pitiful, and of tender mercy; so if you find yourself in a Job moment, be still (quiet, rest) and know that God is faithful and has a way of escape that you may be able to bear it and overcome the enemy, the devil. Titus 1:2 In hope of eternal life, which God, that cannot lie, promised before the world began; (KJV) 2 Corinthians 1:3-7 Blessed be God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies, and the God of all comfort; Who comforteth us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort them which are in any trouble, by the comfort wherewith we ourselves are comforted of God. For as the sufferings of Christ abound in us, so our consolation also aboundeth by Christ. And whether we be afflicted, it is for your consolation and salvation, which is effectual in the enduring of the same sufferings which we also suffer: or whether we be comforted, it is for your consolation and salvation. And our hope of you is stedfast, knowing, that as ye are partakers of the sufferings, so shall ye be also of the consolation. (KJV) Our heavenly Father's will is that you might be delivered from this present evil world; he has made the way of escape through his Son; he has given you the truth that will make you free and keep you free indeed through his Son; and he has given you the record of the life, eternal life that is in his Son Jesus Christ, whom he sent. Jesus Christ came that you might have life and have it more abundantly; so take comfort in the fact that God before the foundation of the world made a very good plan of salvation for you personally as well as for the whosoever’s that accept salvation through his Son Jesus Christ and come into agreement with the way, the truth, and the life that he promised. Galatians 1:3-4 Grace be to you and peace from God the Father, and from our Lord Jesus Christ, Who gave himself for our sins, that he might deliver us from this present evil world, according to the will of God and our Father: (KJV) 2 Peter 3:9 The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. (KJV) John 3:16-17 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. (KJV) Having this comfort, trust in his plan of salvation for you and come into agreement with it so that when you are faced with troubles or afflictions for Christ’s sake you will be able to overcome all things through Christ who strengthens you, and comfort others as you have been comforted. And take comfort that our heavenly Father knows what you have need of before you ask. Our life should not consist in the abundance of things which we possess, it should consist in the abundance of all that our Father has given unto us in his Son; so seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness where your life in the Spirit consists, and all that you have need of in this life will be added unto you. Brethren where are you finding comfort? It is our heavenly Father's good pleasure to give you the kingdom; and the kingdom of God is within you; so, ask, seek, and find your peace and comfort given unto you in Christ Jesus our Lord. Today's video Who Knows? is on the topic of: Who knows? In the previous study (They Knew) we saw who opposed the Lord Jesus Christ when he walked this earth, the chief priests, scribes, the religious leaders, they denied that Jesus was the Christ and delivered him to be crucified because of envy; and as we also saw the devils knew he was the Christ, so why didn’t they? Today, we see the same thing spiritually, those who oppose the Lord, those who deny Christ the Son of the living God; they know Jesus, but they don’t know the truth that is in him; they have a form of godliness but deny the power (1 Corinthians 1:24) thereof: from such turn away (2 Timothy 3:5). Jesus asked the disciples in Matthew 16:13-20 "Who do men say that I the Son of man am?" and they gave several answers; then he asked them "But who say you that I am?" and Peter answered "Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God"; and Jesus responded "Blessed art thou, Simon Bar-jona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven and upon this rock (Christ; 1Corinthians 10:4) I will build my church and the gates of hell will not prevail against it." Without the revelation of the Son, you will not know the Father. Matthew 11:27 All things are delivered unto me of my Father: and no man knoweth the Son, but the Father; neither knoweth any man the Father, save the Son, and he to whomsoever the Son will reveal him. (KJV) It is the truth that will make you free and keep you free indeed (reality). Many know Jesus the man after the flesh, few know Jesus the Christ after the Spirit of Christ within them; those who are led by the Spirit of God they are the sons of God. Who knows Christ and who they are in him? It is given unto you to know the mystery of the kingdom of God. It is given, a free gift wrapped up in grace and in truth and revealed to those who seek to know the only true God and Jesus Christ whom he sent. Paul wrote, in Acts 2:36 Therefore let all the house of Israel know assuredly, that God hath made that same Jesus, whom ye have crucified, both Lord and Christ. (KJV) There are many false prophets, workers of iniquity, antichrists, who deny Christ, the Son of the living God, who is the power of God and the wisdom of God; and with damnable heresies and doctrines they crucify to themselves the Son of God afresh, and put him to an open shame and teach others likewise; they are blind leaders, blindly leading the blind (those who have NOT sought to know Christ and who they are in Him), down the same path of destruction by denying the Son whom God sent. 1 John 4:1-3 Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world. Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God: And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world. (KJV) 1 John 2:18-23 Little children, it is the last time: and as ye have heard that antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last time. They went out from us, but they were not of us; for if they had been of us, they would no doubt have continued with us: but they went out, that they might be made manifest that they were not all of us. But ye have an unction from the Holy One, and ye know all things. I have not written unto you because ye know not the truth, but because ye know it, and that no lie is of the truth. Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son. Whosoever denieth the Son, the same hath not the Father: but he that acknowledgeth the Son hath the Father also. (KJV) This does not have to be so for you. When you were born again you were baptized with the Holy Spirit and with fire. Just as Jesus of Nazareth, you were given the measure (fullness) of faith; you were given the Spirit without measure; your cup runs over with the fullness of the gift of Christ in you the hope of glory; you have the mind of Christ; so now this is the time to seek to know the Son and the Father allowing the Spirit to lead and guide you into all truth so that you can stand before the judgement seat of Christ knowing them, and as well they knowing you. And who does the spirit of antichrist come against? Those who know Christ (the Son of the living God) and who they are in him. Who knows? Hopefully you will be able to answer this question for yourself and be able to say, "I do". For it is given unto you to know the mystery of the kingdom of God, as the truth is in Jesus. Today's video Exceeding Expectations is on the topic of: The Lord's realm, which is Spirit and truth, is exceeding abundantly above all that we could ever ask or think; it is where grace abounds; where all of the treasures of wisdom and knowledge are revealed; where exceeding joy and abundant peace is; where there is health and safety spiritually and physically; where there is power (authority) to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power (influence) of the enemy; where there is life and life more abundantly; where unto us is given exceeding great and precious promises; where all of the promises of God in Christ Jesus are yea and amen; where we have been blessed with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ; where we have received the measure (fullness) of the gift of Christ; where we have been given an unction from the Holy One and we know all things; whereby we have been raised up together and made to sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus; where without measure all these and more is available to all those who believe, for the manifestation of the Spirit is given to every man/woman to profit. Our life is hid with Christ in God, exceeding expectations. 2 Peter 1:1-4 Simon Peter, a servant and an apostle of Jesus Christ, to them that have obtained like precious faith with us through the righteousness of God and our Saviour Jesus Christ: Grace and peace be multiplied unto you through the knowledge of God, and of Jesus our Lord, According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue: Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust. (KJV) Jeremiah 33:6 Behold, I will bring it health and cure, and I will cure them, and will reveal unto them the abundance of peace and truth. (KJV) God told Abraham "I am thy exceeding great reward" in Genesis 15:1. Abraham believed God, and it was counted unto him for righteousness. Do you believe God, that all of his promises in Christ Jesus are yea and amen and that he loves you and sent his Son to die for you that you might be made the righteousness of God in him, and a partaker of the divine nature? Without faith it is impossible to please God. Jude 24-25 Now unto him that is able to keep you from falling, and to present you faultless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy, To the only wise God our Saviour, be glory and majesty, dominion and power, both now and ever. Today's video Beginning to End is on the topic of: From the beginning of your walk in the Spirit, being born again, are you continuing in the Spirit in your commitment with the Lord Jesus Christ who laid down his life for you? Or have you begun in the Spirit only to end up leaning back to your own understanding trying to perfect your walk by the flesh? Our relationship with the Lord is like a marriage; we made a commitment, giving our life to Jesus Christ, now are we remaining faithful or are we leaning back to the flesh trying to mix with the world and/or the traditions and doctrines of men, cheating on our commitment to the Lord; evil communications corrupt good morals. We are in this world, but when we accepted Jesus Christ as our Lord and Saviour we are no longer of this world; our citizenship is in heaven where we are now seated in heavenly places in Christ Jesus, who is seated at the right hand of the throne of God, and who is our mediator. We should be holding fast the profession of faith from the beginning of our walk to the end of our walk with the Lord; continuing in the faith grounded and settled and not moved away from the hope of the gospel which was given to us through the one (Jesus Christ) who began in the Spirit, the author and finisher of faith, who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God. We have a beginning in the Spirit by Jesus Christ; and we too for the joy that has been set before us should take up our own cross and follow him enduring unto the end of our faith where there is laid up for us a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give us at that day if we end in the Spirit and stand before him not having on our own righteousness which is as filthy rags, but having on the righteousness of God. Matthew 24:13 But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved. (KJV) From beginning to end choose you this day, for today is the day of salvation, if you will be led by the Spirit of God or be led by your carnal fleshly mind back into the world and its ways. Today's video Double Cross is on the topic of: Are you taking up your own cross, dying to self, and following the Lord, or are you double crossing the Lord and crucifying the Son of God afresh? Jesus Christ, the Lord of glory was crucified once on the cross for us. Many are crucifying the Son of God afresh, and putting him to an open shame, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men and in vain do worship him. Hebrews 6:1-6 Therefore leaving the principles of the doctrine of Christ, let us go on unto perfection; not laying again the foundation of repentance from dead works, and of faith toward God, Of the doctrine of baptisms, and of laying on of hands, and of resurrection of the dead, and of eternal judgment. And this will we do, if God permit. For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted of the heavenly gift, and were made partakers of the Holy Ghost, And have tasted the good word of God, and the powers of the world to come, If they shall fall away, to renew them again unto repentance; seeing they crucify to themselves the Son of God afresh, and put him to an open shame. (KJV) There is one Lord, one faith, one baptism, one God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all; and unto every one of us is given grace according to the measure of the gift of Christ. It is Christ in you the hope of glory. And there is one doctrine, the doctrine of Christ, that God our Father approves of. The doctrine of Christ includes one taking up their own cross daily, dying to self wants and desires, self-will, and following the Lord in His doctrine according to the will of God. There are many antichrists, seducing spirits, doctrines of devils who are crucifying the Son of God afresh and putting him to an open shame which would have you partake of the same with them. And the only way you will be able to discern between their doctrines and the Lord's doctrine, is by allowing the Holy Spirit to teach you the doctrine of Christ and lead you into all truth. By knowing the doctrine of Christ, the truth given by Jesus Christ, you will be able to spot the deceivers and their doctrines and will not follow them or give heed to the strangers (satan) voice through them; instead you will follow and live by the faith of the Son of God who loved you and gave himself for you, and give heed to His voice who will lead you into all truth and in the path of eternal life. Today's video Clean Escape is on the topic of: Clean escape from the corruption that is in this world through lust and from them who live in error. When we accept Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior, we are baptized with the Holy Ghost and with fire. We are now the temple of the living God, and we are clean and swept, purged from our sins and transgressions, and the worldly residue is burned up with unquenchable fire; for our God is a consuming fire. Old things are passed away, behold all things are become new. God delivered us from this present evil world and translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son, Christ Jesus our Lord. God sent his word (Christ) into our hearts and healed us and delivered us from our destructions. We have been given a new heart and a new mind to operate in the realm of the Spirit. And if we continue in his word, the word of God, we shall know the truth and the truth shall make us free. John 17:17 Sanctify (purify) them through thy truth: thy word is truth. (KJV) 1 Peter 1:17-23 (KJV) And if ye call on the Father, who without respect of persons judgeth according to every man's work, pass the time of your sojourning here in fear: Forasmuch as ye know that ye were not redeemed with corruptible things, as silver and gold, from your vain conversation received by tradition from your fathers; But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot: Who verily was foreordained before the foundation of the world, but was manifest in these last times for you, Who by him do believe in God, that raised him up from the dead, and gave him glory; that your faith and hope might be in God. Seeing ye have purified your souls in obeying the truth through the Spirit unto unfeigned love of the brethren, see that ye love one another with a pure heart fervently: Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever. Galatians 3:16 ...And to thy seed, which is Christ. (KJV) There are many false prophets in the world, antichrists (those who deny Christ), wolves in sheep's clothing, professing to know God but in works deny him; and they are the many who corrupt the word of God for money (the love of money is the root of all evil) or advantage. They are more focused on tithes and offerings that will sustain them, than they are for the upkeep of your spiritual temple, the temple of the living God, whom you are. And sad to say, but many are following their corrupt ways because their heart has become blinded by the god of this world, and they are no longer able to discern between good and evil because they have not taken the time to know the truth that set them free, and have become dependent on someone else to teach them instead of allowing the Holy Spirit of God to lead and guide them into all truth. And when you, yourself, become more focused on the cares of this life, the deceitfulness of riches, and lusts of other things you rob God in tithes and offerings, not the physical matters, but the spiritual upkeep of his temple which is his residence within you. You rob God the opportunity to help you and give you the strength to overcome whatever it may be that is hindering you, or harassing you, and distracting you from continuing in the faith and enduring unto the end and receive eternal life. Yes, we are in this world, and have to deal with everyday life, but we have the grace of God our Father and our Lord Jesus Christ to help in time of need. He doesn't desire your money, he desires your whole heart, soul, and mind, and your time; so, take no thought for your life, and cast all of your care unto God and let him do the caring for you, and seek to please and serve him and worship him in spirit and in truth. You are clean escaped from this world through Jesus Christ, so brethren, stay clean, stay free, and don't omit spirit and truth. God bless and keep the faith. Today's video He That Overcomes is on the topic of: In the book of Revelation chapters 2-3 it is written "to him that overcomes" and with that is a reward written that the Lord will give us in that day. The word overcomes means to conquer, prevail, or a decisive victory. The Lord said "These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world" John 16:33. So how do we overcome the world? By the blood of the Lamb, and the word of our testimony, as we too take up our cross and follow the example of the Lord, overcoming the world within us, dying to our wants and desires, and choosing rather to suffer affliction with the people of God, than to enjoy the pleasures of sin for a season. We are take the whole armour of God that is given unto us and utilize it, for the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds in our life, for without Christ which is the fullness of the armour of God we can do nothing, but with Christ we can do all things through him for he strengthens us as we daily seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, having our mind renewed on things above and not on the things of this life. Watch and pray always that you are counted worthy to escape the things that will come upon this world and overcome and stand before the Lord clothed in white raiment (his righteousness) and not your own filthy rags spotted with the world and its ways. And brethren, fight the good fight of faith and lay hold on eternal life and don't let it slip out of your heart; so run, not uncertain of your eternal goal, fight not as one that beats the air, but make every blow count bringing your body (fleshly nature) into subjection unless by any means, when you have preached to others, you yourself should be rejected; forget those things which are behind (put your hand to the plow and don't look back) and press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus. 2 Timothy 4:7-8 I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith: Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing (KJV). Are you seeking your reward here on earth, from this world (we are not to love the world neither the things of this world)? Or are you seeking your reward in heaven, eternal life with God our Father and our Lord Jesus Christ? Matthew 25:21 His lord said unto him, Well done, thou good and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord (KJV). Revelation 3:20-22 (KJV) Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me. To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne. What would you rather hear from our Lord, "well done, thou good and faithful servant" having your name written in the Lamb's book of life, and invited to enter into the joy of the Lord and our Father in heaven for eternity, or "depart from me you worker of iniquity" having your name blotted out of the Lamb's book of life but in the books of your works, and cast into hell, for death and hell were cast into the lake of fire; this is the second death; eternal separation from God? Psalm 119:80 Let my heart be sound (complete, whole, entire, without spot, perfect, sincere, undefiled, upright) in thy statutes; that I be not ashamed (KJV). Proverbs 14:30 A sound (health, healing, cure, deliverance, wholesome, yielding, medicine) heart is the life of the flesh: but envy the rottenness of the bones (KJV). Acts 4:10-12 Be it known unto you all, and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom ye crucified, whom God raised from the dead, even by him doth this man stand here before you whole (sound, healthy, well). This is the stone which was set at nought of you builders, which is become the head of the corner. Neither is there salvation (deliverance, safety, health, rescue) in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved (to save, deliver, protect, preserve, be (make) whole) (KJV). Safe and sound in faith, in heart, in mind, in speech, in doctrine, in wisdom and understanding. It is only in Christ Jesus that we are able to operate in sound wisdom (substance, understanding) - the wisdom that comes from above that is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, easy to be intreated (persuasion, compliant), full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy; and in complete soundness (entire, whole) - his name through faith in his name has made us strong, and by this faith we are able to stand perfect and complete in all the will of God before God our Father, without faith it is impossible to please him, and men; in a sound mind (discipline, self-control) - for God has not given us the spirit of fear but of power, and of love and of a sound mind; in sound speech and doctrine (healthy, true (in doctrine), whole) - In all things shewing thyself a pattern of good works: in doctrine shewing uncorruptness, gravity, sincerity, sound speech that cannot be condemned, that he that is of the contrary part may be ashamed, having no evil thing to say of us; for the time will come when many will not endure sound doctrine, so let us hold fast the faithful word as we have been taught, that we may be able by sound doctrine both to exhort and to convince the gainsayers (those who speak against, or who dispute, refuse, contradict, deny), by speaking the truth in love. Salvation has given us a new life to live being led of the Spirit of Christ within us; it has given us a new heart, new ears, new eyes, a new tongue, a new language (that being the language of spirit and of truth John 4:23-24), and a new Shepherd, Jesus Christ, whose voice we follow and not a strangers; so old things are passed away behold all things are become new. It is only in the Spirit that we are able to come to know the language of God which speaks to the heart and hear the voice (sound) of our Shepherd leading us in safety, and of God our Father to understand his correction and instruction in righteousness to overcome the world and stand before the judgement seat of Christ in righteousness and true holiness. Genesis 3:8 And they heard the voice of the LORD God walking in the garden in the cool of the day... (KJV). Listen, do you hear his voice; the still small voice of instruction and comfort, or as a trumpet of warning or correction, speaking to your heart?
